DEPARTMENT
OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
has very well equipped Labs having
200-500 computers that are fully
connected through 2 servers running
on Novell Network and Windows 2000.
A proxy server is dedicated towards
THE proper functioning of Internet
services through a VSAT connection
(128 kbps). We are the first in
Jaipur after MNIT, Malviya National
Institute of Technology, where 8085
MPU practical are being performed on
kits as well as on PCs. We use
Microsoft Assembler (MASM) for 8086
MPU. Students are being exposed to
live Industrial Projects in
Microprocessor and Micro-controller
based Embedded systems. The
Department has tie-ups with CISCO,
U.S.A., and Novell, U.K. (For nature
of tie-ups see heading ‘Technical
Collaborations’.
